Today's painting in the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge is from a small iron dog statue that I painted twice in last year's Challenge. (you can see them on Day 10 and on Day 4 ) I call this little guy "Scout" because he looks like he is on high alert, scouting out his surroundings.
This painting of Scout includes a wee round rock I picked up somewhere in my travels. It is nearly perfectly round, and about 1/2 inch or so across. It looks a bit like a ball, so it often sits near Scout, waiting for a game to start.
Thanks for stopping by. See you tomorrow!
